Returns Policy

MH want your experience with us to be a handsome one so you will come back!

If you’re unhappy with your purchase from the MH SHOP and have changed your mind, products can be returned within 7 days of receiving for a store credit or exchange, excluding delivery costs (in the case you received FREE POSTAGE, we will deduct the actual postage amount of $17 from your credit note). You must pay for your own postage to send the product back.

Please contact My Handsome at hello@myhandsome.com before sending your item back so we know to expect it’s arrival.

On the off chance you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact MH at hello@myhandsome.com within 48 hours of receiving to arrange a refund, replacement, store credit or exchange. If you are wanting a replacement we will provide you with details on where to send your faulty item so that we can send you out a new one. We will cover the cost to send you your new item if you are exchanging, but please note the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the faulty item to our store.

Items sent to the wrong address due to you supplying the wrong address, will incur an additional postage fee to be re-posted out to you once we receive it back at MH head quarters.

TIBA & MARL RETURNS
If you are returning a Tiba & Marl nappy bag please make sure the following items are with the return. Failure to send back all of the pieces that came with your original purchase, means these particular pieces can't be replaced or sent with your exchange.

  • The branded Tiba & Marl dust cover that came with the bag.
  • The luxury padded Tiba & Marl change mat that came with the bag.
  • The removable wet clutch/cross body bag that came with the bag.
  • Any extra shoulder straps that come with the bag.

FAULTY ITEMS & AT HOME CARE
If you find your Tiba & Marl bag has any issues that can be repaired via a local repairmen, this will be our first port of call to get your bag back on it's merry way. 

We are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product.

FREE POSTAGE
When an item is returned due to being unhappy with the product and 'FREE POSTAGE' has been used, you will need to cover the cost to send your parcel back.
You will also have the actual postage amount of $17 deducted from your return amount to cover the cost of the product being sent to you originally.

PLEASE NOTE
Items purchased using a discount code can be returned for a store credit or exchange only. Sale items are considered final sales and can not be returned or exchanged. Items sold to overseas buyers are considered final sales and can not be returned or exchanged. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
